⚠ Strengths & Weaknesses
| Device | Strengths | Weaknesses / Risks |
|---|---|---|
| OPPO Find X9 | Big battery, high capacity; fast wireless charging; lighter/slimmer than many flagships; strong camera specs with Hasselblad tuning; likely excellent value if pricing is reasonable; latest chip (Dimensity 9500). | Rumours — specs might change; periscope zoom only ~3× (so not as much optical zoom as Samsung’s 5× or more); software optimization and real world performance still unproven; leak-based info may not pan out; global availability and service may lag. |
| Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra | Very complete package; best camera hardware especially in zoom; strong display; premium build; excellent software/support; mature after-sales; proven performance. | Battery aging (5,000 mAh is good, but Find X9 leaps ahead there); charging speeds (wired and wireless) not as fast as some competitors; price is high; incremental upgrades vs S24 Ultra in some eyes; size/weight may be a downside for some. |
🎯 My Opinion & Rating
Both are excellent options, but their appeal depends on what priorities you have.
- If you want maximum battery life, large capacity, and newest tech (especially battery + fast charging + bold camera specs), and are okay to deal with some risk (leaks, availability, unproven real-use performance), then the OPPO Find X9 looks very promising.
- If you want a battle-tested flagship, top camera performance (especially zoom), very strong software support & updates, and don’t mind paying a premium, then the Galaxy S25 Ultra remains one of the best out there in 2025.
Here are my ratings out of 10 in a few categories:
| Category | OPPO Find X9 | Samsung S25 Ultra |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | 9/10 (for rumours) | 9.5/10 |
| Battery / Charging | 9.5/10 | 8/10 |
| Camera (hardware) | 8.5/10 | 9.5/10 |
| Display & Build Quality | 8.5/10 | 9.5/10 |
| Software / Support | 8/10 | 9.5/10 |
| Value for Money | 8.5/10 | 7/10 |
| Overall | 8.9/10 | 9.3/10 |
🔗 Purchase Links
Here are links to buy the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and to keep an eye on OPPO Find X9 once it becomes available. (OPPO Find X9 may not yet be listed in many stores.)
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (12 GB RAM / 256 GB) — This is the base variant; good if you don’t need huge storage.
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (12 GB / 512 GB) — More storage if you store many photos/videos.
As of now, there’s no confirmed purchase link for OPPO Find X9 globally (for standard or Pro), since it’s not officially released everywhere. Once it launches in your region, authorized retailers (OPPO store, local electronics stores) are best.
✅ Conclusion
- The Galaxy S25 Ultra is more of a “safe choice” — you know what you’re getting: premium build, excellent cameras (especially zoom), strong software support.
- The OPPO Find X9 seems like it could push some boundaries in battery, charging, and maybe offer similar hardware, possibly at a better value — but it comes with typical “leak-risks”.
If I were buying today, and I care a lot about battery and charging, and want newer tech, I might hold off and wait for the Find X9 (if pricing is reasonable in my country). But if I need a phone now, I’d pick the S25 Ultra.
If you want, I can check local Pakistan pricing and see which gives more value there (considering taxes, warranty, etc.) Would you like me to do that?
